There has been a rising interest in Philosophy and Religion in Brazil. The dominant philosophical tradition in the country is Continental Philosophy, but there is an increasing community in Analytic Philosophy.
This project proposes to translate and publish 10 relevant books on the fields of Philosophy of Religion and Philosophical Theology, from the analytic standpoint. These are outstanding books in these fields and will be beneficial for students, specialists, and the general public.
To help the students and the general public interested in these Big Questions, we will produce videos, podcasts, and study guides on the published books. We will also hold a launch event for the book series.
This project aims to provide Brazilian scholars in philosophy and theology with access to some of the latest scholarly resources in Philosophy of Religion and Philosophical Theology, and to make these resources more known to the general public as well.
