The Gratitude Revealed team has pioneered an "event-based" screening model consisting of a global network of thought leaders, including scientists, doctors, philosophers, religious leaders, and many more. They use film to connect communities and discuss inspirational ideas that are transformational.
Gratitude Revealed, directed by Louie Schwartzberg, will tap into its event-based distribution network of partners to connect worldwide audiences to the important concept of gratitude and answer the question, "Can the virtues of gratitude inspire people to improve their lives and the people around them?"
Fantastic Fungi unearthed a global movement by connecting various "voices" of the mycelium network to form a "global community conversation" that would gather at screening venues and virtual screening events to celebrate all things fungi, including nature's intelligence. As a result, the film became one of the most-watched and talked about documentaries amongst critics, celebrities, educators, and moviegoers in 2019 and 2020 and landed a 100% Rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The Gratitude Revealed campaign is built on the cross-pollination of affinity groups dedicated to the world of Gratitude and the conversation attached to it. Through worldwide media coverage, social media, digital marketing, grassroots outreach, cinematic forums, and worldwide distribution including an educational campaign, the Gratitude Revealed film and underlying values will gain a mainstream following, especially as a beacon to guide us through this pandemic.
The Film Collaborative (TFC) will serve as the fiscal sponsor for the Gratitude Revealed Campaign (GR) and will oversee and manage the GR grant and the fiscal sponsorship agreement between TFC, Louisville Films, and supporting vendors (collectively, The GR Team) to ensure the GR team adheres to the overall responsibilities stated within this proposal and funding budget and the grant progresses in a timely manner.
